Hello and what does Orgen! mean

Hello i am new here and love Motorcycles of the Wehrmacht and pre War . I have BMW R51 1939 and DKW RT125 1940. I don't no much about field equipment. But have picked up this Gasmask and want to know more, particularly the Rank abbreviation. Orgen! And the early mask but late cannister with matching numbers? Please see photos. Can not post photos?

Hello i have managed to find out what Ogren stands for. Obergrenadier. My question was probably not clear. Still dont no why i can not post Photo's
