I picked up this lime green British WD issue 20lt jerry can at the weekend, I only bought it as I recognised the Brose & Co makers mark, and realised they produced cans to the Wehrmacht. When I got home, I checked through my collection of Normandy cans and found a 1942 produced one. I presume Brose & Co manufactured these for WD issue post war.
