Need help for helmet

I found this helmet, they guy is telling me its 100% real. Told me it has the size 64 on the left, serialnumber not readable. It appears to be in very good shape, he is offering it to me for 150€. Im not sure tho, does the luftwaffe insignia fit this helmet? Is it actually real, or only partially or not at all?

This looks like an authentic shell that has been repainted with a fake Decal added.

leather liner and its band are real, steel shell is real. All rest - paint, decal and chinstrap is fake

On that note, the liner is probably worth around 150 too. If you negotiate with him, it may be worth picking up the helmet just for that alone.
