I was packing my A Frame and wanted to try and roll my blanket and Zelt together, with Zelt covering it of course. I saw it on Generation War but I can’t figure out how to do it with out the roll being too big to strap down

You can add a blanket like you would with an "Affe" Tornister.
You need 3 standard equipment straps for it. Just attach it to the metal loops encircled in the picture below (pictures are from Google):Attached FilesI'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

They carried a blanket on the Tornister.
