Opinions on spade and spade cover

Hi!!

I just have been offered this spade and cover. I have my doubts about both items. The rust on the spade, its weight. The black stitches, the way the straps are stitched to the cover... And also the cheap price asked for.

I haven't found any maker marks on the spade or the cover, just a "H" inside the cover.

Could you please help me?

Doesn't look german to me ( at least not II WW german made ).

Cover looks like a WW1 model (much like #5 in this old post I saved from kpemig). Spade....Swiss? Not very german looking.

I have compared with my maker marked "Ideal Spaten", I got it directly from a Blue division volunteer , and it's the same style.
