Need advice m36 with black collar

I bought recently a uniform on a flea market. Bought it for a replica price but my feeling says it is old and it looks like a M36 officer model to me. Made by uniformfabrik Franz Fiedler and it has some stamps i have my doubts with the swatiska ones . The model looks exactly as a M36 feldblouse for officers but this one has a black collar. On the shoulder boards you see hellgrun on the buttons. Need more info.

Thats a police tunic, added markings are a joke, and this is the forum for fieldgear, not uniforms.
