Found similar canister in a MG ammunition can. Seems to be MG related petroleum for cleaning weapon.

The bottle may not be of German origin at the base.

It's flammable, I've never seen any German MG equipment with that mention, even on petroleum canisters for weapon maintenance.

I think you have to look for the truck or car or generator.
