MP40 leather pouches - opinions

For me looks ok but this is not my area and I would like to know your opinions.

On the first pouch however, are some strange signs on the back.... pouch altered from left to right ??

Yes , altered for sure. Originaly should be on other side. Also on stud is messed up/repaired. Both are the same side ammo pouches; the second has missing loading tool pocket.

For me all parts and stitches look equally old. Also loading tool packet looks original to me.
Do you think it is possible that this is a wartime repair or factory modification ?

Not equally ol IMO. Who kows when it was done. One thing is sure; both pouches are polished with black shoe polish at back and front.

After some better look , I'm certain that loading tool pouch is new made ( the specific look of leather ) and newly added.

I am waiting for your opinions about loading tool pouch. I know that this is difiicult question - do you think it is possible that this is wartime modification ?
