Whats this ammo pouch?

Hi
Please excuse me if I have posted this item in the wrong forum, but I dont really know what it is. The pouch looks like a copy of a German design and could well be some sort of German ammo pouch, but it doesnt have the same pattern on the leather or any markings to indicate any origin. If anyone know what this little pouch is then that would be very useful. (please see pics on link below)

Thats what I did think, but im certainly no expert, just needed some confirmation as to what it is.
