    Leather Medic bag?...or?

    I have this side-opening single strap leather bag that I have not identified.....it is stamped on the inside Ekhart and some unlegible ink stamps including the eagle....any clues on this?......Thanks in advance.

      It's a bag for the übertrager, a piece of telephone related equipment to connect telephone wires to.
