    Here is another item that came with a lot of medical items I got yesterday. It is about 5 inches by 3 inches and is about 1 inch deep. It is marked L. Ritgen, Karlsruhe 1916. Any idea about what it is for? Thanks for any help.

      My German isn't that good but I think it's a pouch for holding some sort of electrical instrument for checking electric circuits. Possibly for communications ??
