Hello, I recently bought this pouch. Tell me pleas, what kind of pouch and who it could be used for? Did sani of the Wehrmacht use it?

Hello,

It's a LS ( Luftschutz) medical belt-pouch. No, the WH did not use this.

It was widely used by LS, RLB, Feuerwehr and other related ( para military ) organisations...

Concerning inktstamp, I once was informed that the abreviation R.f.g could mean "Reichsfeuergeschutz" but this is just thinking out loud.

Everything has value. These can go from 20 € and up...depending on condition, were it is offered,etc...Remember,it is not WH, so less desirable by collectors community.
