    Is this breadbag WW1 or WW2?

    Hi,

    any opinions on this breadbag? Is it WW1 or WW2? There are no stamps on it except a small sewn on label with "LW". Maybe the owners initials?

              With the buttons rivetted on like that, I don't think it's WW1 or WW2. Looks post war to me. As far as I know this practice only started after WW2.

                Post war IMO, the buttons are wrong, it seams to have a splitted inside and the leather looks like the one on my East german breadbag.

                          Here is another one. This one has zink buttons and the hook for the belt is made from aluminium. Also no stamps or markings on it:
