An unknown mark on 98K ammo pouches

Is Someone able to identify this mark on my ammo pouch and to say if it is a genuine WWII german gear.

I tried to read, but I only understanded :

not a very good pic but that is definatly the strangest marking I have ever seen if real. I would pass on these unless you need them for a specific reason. ammo pouches are a dime a dozen. (well, actually about $30+ for a good one) Glenn
