Just writting on SHIRON and number 84 ????.
I have no others informations.

The system look like an original WWII.

it's writted west-germany, it's after war and i think civil made from the 70th years

The saw would easily be a WW2 german one from "Hauptbesteck 1939".

It has 84 ingraved and Chiron was a known medicla instrument supplier in WW2

Will try and get my set out tomorrow and take a few pictures.
