RKW canteen

I have a felt cover and a canteen strap, both marked "RKW 43". Are there bottles and cups from "RKW" or "R&K" known?

I don't think this is a code of a canteen producer. Most likely the cover and straps where produced at Rahm & Kampmann in Wuppertal

I only have one with RBNr. 0/0560/0156 which is Rahm & Kampmann.
No RKW or R&K marked ones though.
