Pocket Watch Fantasy piece ?

Would someone kindly take a look at the Omega pocket watch. Not my area but it looks like a Fantasy peice to me. The engraved Swastica looks awful. Other than that i know nothing.

Good or rubbish ? Thoughts appreciated.
