    The "cut off Aux straps"

    From time to time we see ystraps for sale with missing aux straps.

    Ive had a hard time finding pictures of those being worn, yet the argument is always that soldiers themself cut the off. ( i do belevie in this though)

    Here is an interesting one...anyone got more to share?

        The rough looking panzer man, lower down has also a dress bayonet & broken awards sewn on as posted by someone on here a while back.

          Yes, and he has one strap still attached, and a short piece of the other one - which looks broke of rather than cut...

                Well, you have to acknowledge that this aux straps are unnecessary and even irritating if you do not use A-frame or backpack on a daily basis.
