Strange entrenching tool.

A few weeks ago i found these two entrenching tools. They were a few miles apart from each other.
I can not find out from wich country they are.
Does someone here maybe know from what country they are becouse I have not seen them before with the reinforcement grooves in them.

Shovels.

I have seen the same, with the wood, in France, but looks not be French, or civilian ?

They were found along the Dutch side of Belgian/Dutch border.
