Map Case

Hello,

I picked up this map case a while ago. It doesn't conform to Reichsheer or Third Reich pieces that I have seen. Is it military? What fit in all of the little pouches? Does anybody have a link for the items that go in a map case. There are no markings that I can see and one of the straps has been repaired!!
