What shoes are these ? (Manny ... HELP ...)

Tonight, while trying to find some extra storage space, I stumbled over these shoes that I completely forgot about. Many years ago I bought these at a show, and after getting home with them realizing these weren't German, put them away to forget all about them.

Well, my question is ... what are these ?

Manny is certainly the one to ask on these. I'm sure there are many variations but these look a little different than what you normally see......I think

Hi Bart,

these boots are Swiss...and don't let the sizes fool you....Swiss size were
the same as on German shoes, but these are4545554345% Swiss!

Hi Manny,

Thanks for the answer. I did not get my hopes high though so I'm not too disappointed.
I can always use them for some mountain climbing during the holidays
