Ankle boot - German?

An ankle boot (yes, a single one) in a need of identification - found today in an abandoned house. I usually don't take those boots, as here in Poland, attics are full of military (and civil) ankle and horse riding boots made post war or heavily used after war. Anyway, I took this one because of hobnails. I think this may not be German - eg. the additional rivets, but I would be grateful for your help. I know its condition is rubbish, but the id may give me additional light on other items found there.

During the cleaning process I found something interesting - a Bata company logo, undoubtedly. I found some German boots examples in the internet, made by Bata, but they're different.

Any thoughts?

It is czechoslovak boot ( rivet is very particular thing in czechslovak boots ).

I searched the WAF for Czechoslovakian boots, vz 28 seem very similar, however not identical, I mean the back part.



At the same time, the back part is identical as the m44 WH boots.

May it be a late war production for WH or Czechoslovakian reissue by WH? I don't see other option for Czechoslovakian army stufff getting into Poland.
