Hello Gentleman, Could I get some information about the box and what it was used for?
As you can see there are no accessories and the wooden dividers have been removed.

It was for boresighting 7,92 caliber weapons. It transported an optic, a water bubble level and some plates with targets, so Waffenmeister could revise the alignement of the barrels and sights. Pity it is empty

Well,

It is not exactly the same one as yours. Yours is for a single angled while that one is for a 2 angled optic. The first (single) would be for all 7,92mm weapons while the second (2 angled) would be for weapons in bunkers or fortified positions but concept is the same.
