    Zeltbahn Question !

    Hi,

Beltaine here from the UK. Our 11 year old boy is a keen collector of German WW11 memorabilia. We have bought him (from an auction house, via the net) what was advertised as a 'German WW 11 zeltbahn'. It look goods to me, with my limited knowledge. Can anybody give me some guidance as whether there would be any thing to look for on a zeltbahn that would confirm it as genuine ?

    Thanks.

        + 3 for Tom's site.

Welcome to the forum mate, one of the best decisions I ever made was to the annual fee to become a association member of this site. Asking questions and showing some potential purchases has saved me a lot of money and heartache.

Tom , I just took a look at your site and in particular zelts. My question to you is I have several , mainly with 3 hole alum. buttons, but I have one with brown composite buttons. Would it be a variant or non german?
