Advice request on small German WW2 bag

Good day all,

Would like your advice on this bag I recently purchased, its measurements in centimeters are 17 x 22. It is hard to read all the markings but I think it is:

Stm 3 (or 8) L r (A ...

It has an "Abnahme Stempel" on it but details of it are too vague.
Is it for measurement tools for Panzer of Artillery crew?

It's a pouch for map reading accesories.
These were carried inside the map case
Your's seems to have been given to an Artillery unit (A.)
I have seen other marked (J.) for Infantry I guess
