2 bread bags war or postwar?

Hello guys.
I would like to know if these bread bags are third reich period or postwar.
One of them has similliar 3 hole buttons like in zeltbahn.

Yep,

Postwar, but ZB = Zivilschutz (Civil Defense). 3-hole buttons are not unusual on them.

Are you 100% sure about first one? The carrying strap is marked ottmar allenstein (Olsztyn).

for me also post war,, in mine opinion WW 2 breadbags do not have a divider , inside

Hello Strugu,

the "Ottmar" firm was not from Allenstein, but from Altenstadt,West Germany; it´s a little hard to read on the picture. They´ve been a big supplier of Bund/ZB items in the 60ies.
