German gaiters ?

What do you think ? Is not the same design that all WH gaiters i have encountered.
Ink stamp : RISCH. + 194(?)

I'm not positive but I think these are post war. I had a pair very close to these and were told they were post made. mine also had a maker and date of 194? couldnt make out the last number. coincidence?... maybe. but sure seems strange you cant read the last digit. I dont like the buckles either. but lets see what the others say. maybe Im wrong. Glenn

Sorry, I can't say that I am keen on these either. I don't like the buckles or the canvas material the gaiters are made from.
