Hello, I have found this wrench in a Fleamrket. It looks to be a german manufacturer code on it. VBW 39 ans Chrom is german. Thank you for help.

Yep, Sorry I missed this thread. It is the company logo, not 3 letter code, for maker: VBW (Vereinigte Beckersche Werkzeugfabriken) and produces all kind of metal tools
