Ww11 German Flashlight, help with info

I have been trying to find some info on this flashlight, ie what year was it made and who in the german military would be issued with this type of torch.
It was made by Pertrix and has an ajustable beam (early maglight) I have found a few different torches made by this firm but I cannot find any info on the type below.

These weren't issued lights--they were private purchase items that were used by the SA and other paramilitary groups, as well as by anyone wanting to purchase them. I've seen a point of sale advertising counter card showing them as used by a stylized SA man. They're not very easy to find, and bring over $100.00-125.00 here if the paint is in good condition.
