Entrenching tool with cover

Hi Guys.

I have this entrenching tool with a very nice cover in Pressstoff.

The cover is marked in the straps lhg or ing + 43 + eagle with WaA.

The tool is not stamped and it is not WWII german, and it is not danish.

I was thinking about a reissued german from WWI - or maybe stolen by the Wehrmacht in another country. What do you think?

I would say the tool is french ,"captured" by the WH .

Maker code is jhg . Nice cover with shovel.

Looks French probably put into german service. Finn is similar but usually marked on blade. timothy

It will soon be put on the E-stand, as I do not need it.
