Ultra rar Webcarring Strap...... SS/FJ.......???

Found this on an attic a few days ago with, SS and FJ/LW equipment..... In theses area a lot of german troops surrendered in 1945. So It must be late war equipment but I have to say.. I have never seen it before and so it must be an very rar Equipment part...

WHO CAN HELP? WHO HAS SEEN IT BEFORE?
WHAT WAS IT EXACTLY FOR? MINES? enginer troops for landmines or paratrooper equipment.
On one side an hook is missing.. HAs someone a picture from the same strap?? So that I can see if something is missing?

All thoughts are welcome!!!
