Hello, I find this with garden tools. It ca be a telephone accessorie to put cables in the trees for exemple ? It's made on galvanized iron, nothing is missing on the hooks.Thank you.

Definately not a German cable fork. It reminds me of a hook for opening and closing high windows that they had in my school many years ago.....
