Opinions on this brown leather Y-strap

A rather strange Y strap in my collection.
I dont have a good feeling about this but since there are so many variations I would like some pro's taking a look at it.

Everything about it is late war, stiching on the front, the hooks (wich are painted green (czech green?).

    It has markings all over.

Exactly! These straps are definitely post war and even if they were WaA'ed that stamp wold be a red flag in that it's obviously fake!

                        Hi,
this czech stamp is "KOZAK n.p., závod Černolice". Kozak is an acronym for "Kožedělný vod Klatovy". This state-owned company was founded after the war in 1948, and at these times was one of the largest manufacturers of leather goods in the Soviet bloc. This company had eight branches/affiliated company in Czechia (for example after war nationalized company "Singer; Klattau", who in war times produced belts and leather goods for the German army, etc). Some these branches in the postwar era long years produced a leather items for the Czechoslovak army.

This belt is 100% post-war production.
