Looks ok from those pictures compared to others I have seen, but that being said the pics of the pouch are't the best. Filled with mags, the value is around £100

Yep,

It looks like a good set. It is probably Portuguese contract, most of the ones floating around these last years are. They are all dated 1938, and is thought to be the last year MG13s were produced...but I have spotted a couple of mags dated 1939.
