Hello guys,

Is this an original german ww2 patronenkasten?

I see no maker mark, only the year and eagle with WaA number.
The leather reinforcements are also present.

At first sight it seems good, all opinions are welcome.

The colour looks grey/blue. Could it be repainted?

The box is original and I would say the paint is also

I'm glad all is original.

Because I saw some blue paint on the side of the patronenkasten at the first photo and tought this could be overpainted...

Maybe it is the shining of the light on the side of this patronenkasten.
