Help ID this Entrenching Tool

Hey gents...my buddy, who is a local health inspector, found this in an old house. I'm not into field gear at all. Can somebody please help me ID this.

The leather carrier seems to be unmarked, and is good condition. The tool itself is marked faintly and illegibly in the locations I have outilned in red.

WWI? WWII? Polish? German? Hungarian?

This is the soviet shovel dated 1940+

[gp1977]

This set was used by Finland - both shovel with a hole for the strap and carrier.
