yes original used pair of low boots.

yes i agree with yous but it is strange because of the metal curve of usually on toe end of sole is on heel i think its usual to have all heel metal a round the edges like a horse shoe maybe this boots were repiared and have no proper metals of heels so use toe metal? hah ha ha

Perhaps the heels were repaired after the war however these are good 1944 great size ankle shoes
