Just wondert if it was normal that the Germans paintet the stielhandgranaten kiste with winter camouflage ?

Of course, but was it known that they paintet the grenade cases to. At wintertime

everything was painted white in winter. From leather ammo pouches to gasmask containers, cars, planes... even STGW44 rifles !

How can i identify if the white color is authentic ?

Do you have pictures? Would like to see it. I do know of one I have seen painted white.
