Military horse equipment ? Ropes ?

I wanted to find out if these ropes are military issue ? One hook appears to be marked "kka"

Here the promised picture....

2 ropes were used per Horse, and these "Geschirrtaue" are part of the "Sielengeschirr 25" (which is a pretty complicated set of belts / ropes etc for 2, 4 or 6 horses)

Since you are from Germany I think you cab read it... if not, just say so and I'll try to translate
