hello,
i found an old bicycle frame made by wittler bielefeld. the frame got no production year, but a frame number: 707190. does anyone can say when the frame was made?
i think its an old tr.fa. because almost everthing at the bilke is black.

If I read the chart correctly it appears to be postwar. The site Sonder provided is nice.jim
