Medic pouch question

Dear Gents, I would like to ask you to hep me. This pouch is new in my collection, and I would like to know, if it is a common medic Sanitat pouch, or rather a Luftschutz version? Is it a late war version (rivetted)? No markings, only a name scratched. Thank you for the help.

Could also be pre-war, or post-war, for medic personell of factories, for paramilitary, red cross, or even SA.
Impossible to tell without any markings.
