Cavalry equipment, for IF8?

Hello, can anybody identify this cavalry equipment? perhaps for the IF8? The big piece is marked BLA 1944 and waffenamt. There are two very long leather straps (more thabn 2 meters).

It's identified in Paul Johnson's book "Horses of the German Army in World War II" as a single horse harness for pulling carts and wagons.

Nice to find a complete set-up.
