I used to own around 30 maybe 40 Czechoslovakian made covers (examples pictured came from me too). I've purchased them from Belarusian surpuls stocks few years ago. IMHO were stored as war time reserve for Soviet army, which also use pointed shovels (during the WW2 they also used captured pointed shovels)
