German WWII Harmonica

I'm looking for some information regarding a harmonica that was passed on to me by my father. Since it seems that I can't post pictures, I will have to describe it the best I can.

The harmonica is packaged with a paper sleeve that has the eagle and swastika printed on the top. A red and white striped band which functions as a tamper seal around the sleeve and box that also has the eagle and swastika printed and the words "Fuhrer Geschenk" "Nur Fur Die Fronttruppe Besimmt" The front has words printed on the front "Ein Kleiner Dank des Fuhrers an seie Soldaten"

A coworker that is german translated it to say A thank you gift from the Fuhrer (Hitler??) to his soldiers. and the band says for front line troops only. My cowoker was hesitant to translate and would not elaborate further as he seemed offended by the item. The harmonica itself is in a red box with the portrait of two women on top and UNSERE Lieblinge M. Hohner. The harmonica itself has the same inscription and also made in Germany in English and I think French.

Any information on this Harmonica would be appreciated, I tried numerous internet searches and could not find anything identical to this.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, while the box and harmonica are authentic, the paper sleeve is not and was added to try and enhance the value to a novice collector. German produced items when distributed in Germany, even if commercial, would not have "Made in Germany" on them, thus this item was American in export.

I agree with the comments above; old harmonica with a recently added paper sleeve to make this appear to be something it is not.
