2 items in tan painting to ID

Please identify these two items.
One of them is signed Express Werke DRP 1938. The same mechanism as the steering wheel bicycle. But surely this is not the handlebar diameter is larger. Second part I suspect that this is the DKW or another bike? Both items are found with parts from DKW. Please for help.

Hello Piotr,

The first part reminds me of a securing part of a dreibein foot. Also present on the front pad of the lafette, don't know if it might help.
