Transport/carrying bag for something made in 1943

Guys could you please help me and tell what kind bag is this ? maybe some of you will know what was transported/carried in this bag. It is something about 90 cm long. Made by fuq in 1943.

It is a cover for a Kurbelmast, here is one in use:

It is missing a leather belt that fastens around the antenna.

I could use a spare if you are selling....
