I obtained these binoculars many years ago coming from old Norwegian Army stocks who used them through after the war.
There are a few things that bother me compared to other German examples:
1. The white lettering is IMO different in exposure than to what I have seen before (i.e. here more true -new?- white and not very sharply applied)
2. Also the bubbled (here not bakelite) coating on the lens housing is of a different composition (more matt) and very new in appearance.
Are my concerns legitimate? Anyone can share some expertise on the matter?
Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
