      Swiss material has the yellowish spots on the back as suggested. Also, the brown patches on the front are connected by a thin brown line. This is illustrated in Werner Palincyx book on camo. Glenn's zelt looks nothing like Swiss material.

        Actually, I have a couple of Swiss zelts that do not have the connecting lines. The reverse is still spotted as per Swiss camo though... not as common but legitimate.

            zeltbahn,no markings

            a frenchman who now lives in quebec,sold me this zeltbahn,though i can't find any printings on it he certifies that it is original:the guy is aged in the 60 and he got it from his father who lived in normandie,along with some other stuff the father burried and dig out once things calmed down.
            i don't know yet how to put pics in a post i tought maybe someone could help me,i will send it to you via e-mail and you put it in this post...
            i'd really like to have your opinions about this one.
