    I cant match this thing anywhere on the net, does anyone have an idea what it is?

      Could be a safety-propeller for a torpedo-pistol. The adjustable pitch, would be for setting the arming-distance.

      I can't tell if it's WW2 (probably post-war), but I'm sure it's not german.
      The germans had a similar patent for the early pistols in WW2, but soon eliminated the adjustment, in favor of preset-arming distances (100m/150m/300m). They also used 2-blade propellers for the preset pistols.
      Your propeller also seem to be made from aluminum, which was a valuable material that germany only used for the experimental ingolin-torpedoes which never saw operational use (pure aluminum is one of very few materials that won't react with hydrogen-peroxyde).

      The allen-screws are also a tell-tale sign: You won't find any of these in german WW2 torpedoes.
