Bread Bag opinions

Hello,

I was looking for an opinion on this breadbag. I was thinking post war.
It has what looks like chromed steel and zinc fittings, no middle strap and also has 2 internal compartments with a divider.
I might be wrong, but seem to recall reading somewhere that WW2 German bread bags had just one internal compartment?

not a military WW2 one.
Maybe para-mili but with 4 holes buttons i doubt.
